Beautiful Babies @ Newborn Workshop run by Memories Mentoring - Newborn Baby Photographer Faringdon Oxfordshire/Wiltshire

Here are a few of the photographs I took at the Newborn Workshop.  All shots were set up by Elli, Maddy & Shellie using their own props and resources.  I learnt so much from these ladies and can't wait to start putting these new skills to the test myself.

Had such an amazing day today at Newborn Workshop.  Will share a few photos once I have chance to edit them.  Met lots of fabulous photographers too.  Looking forward to staying in touch with them all and seeing how we all grow and develop our newborn photography.




Also got some very exciting things in our goody bags which i can't wait to use.

Right just about to leave to go to the Memories Mentoring Newborn Workshop in Louth run by Elli from Mini Memories, Maddy from Maddyzangles and Shellie from Shellie Wall Photography.  I am so so excited I think i'm going to burst.

So excited about Saturday :-))))

I am so excited about Saturday as I am participating in the 1st UK Newborn workshop, learning how to position newborns into captivating positions.  it is going to be so much fun.  The workshop is run by three Leading UK Newborn photographers and there will be ten of us attending.  Make sure you check back to the blog as I am sure I will be uploading some pictures Sunday/Monday.

Could they be anymore in love?

I was very lucky to be able to photograph one of my best friends and her fiance at Netley Abbey on Sunday.  Annelise & Rom make such a perfect couple and the ooze love for one another.  I can not wait to attend their wedding in June (as a guest but i'm sure i'll capture a few photos to be able to share).

Amazing Aitken Family @ Netley Abbey in Hampshire

I had a wonderful day out with a fellow Photographer friend Tracy from Little Munchkins Photography at Netley Abbey in Hampshire.


Whilst there we had the opportunity to photograph an amazing family with three delightful, well mannered children.  This family should all be modelling, they are very photogenic.  Here are a few.

52 Week Challenge Week 3 - Windows

Finding time this week has been difficult.  I wanted to get into my local church to try to capture the stained glass windows in their full glory, but every time I have gone down it has been locked up.  I will keep trying.  It is actually really hard to get the detail in the windows and not to get them blown out so this is something I will definitely do when i get a chance.


I also thought about trying to be artistically clever and using a window frame to frame another picture of a window but no such luck as of yet.  I will keep working on it.


I went over to Blenheim Palace to see if I could get any inspiration from the windows there but there wasn't anything in particular that caught my eye.  Lots of different shaped windows though.


In the end I have gone for one I captured on Sunday at Netley Abbey in Hampshire.  This window has no glass and became a beautiful backdrop to a mother and daughter shot.

Exciting times as this family is about to grow

Huge thank you to this family for letting me photograph them at this special time.  Not long until their new little one is due.  This little chap is getting very excited about becoming a big brother.  Here are just a few from the shoot.

I had the pleasure of photographing the scrumptious Sian when she was only 6 days news.  I did this at her house using natural light only.  I also did a maternity shoot for her mummy a few weeks ago in my studio.

Gorgeous Harrison

I had a fun time when i met the gorgeous Harrison such a little character... he is gonna break some hearts.  Here are just a few of the pics form our mini shoot.  Can't wait to do some more soon outdoors on my next visit to Wales.
